WANTED 3 Bed for family (both adults working)
Description
Requirements: 3 bedroom house with garden, parking preferable in Hoo, Cliffe, Rochester, Wainscott, Higham, Strood, Frindsbury, Walderslade, Cuxton, Snodland, Kings Hill or Maidstone (and surrounding areas).
I would like to introduce myself and my family. I am 27 and work full time as Secretary to Senior (Managing) Partner in Kings Hill (with some home working) and currently live in a 2 bedroom property in Hoo which is privately rented directly with the Landlord since December 2011. I live with my partner who is 35 and also works full time as Branch Manager at a MOT and repair centre in Maidstone. My 4 year old daughter also lives with us who is about to start Hundred of Hoo Primary however moving schools is not an issue if necessary.
My partner also has 2 children (aged 7 and 15) who visit often and we have a baby girl due 18 December 2016 hence the need to upgrade to a 3 bedroom property.
We are hard working and respectfully adults who look after rental properties as if they were our own. We have a joint income of nearly £60k which we can provide evidence of as well as providing a good reference from our current landlord and employers. We would vacate a property in the same state of repair as when we commenced tenancy ensuring the property was empty of our contents and clean ready for the next tenant. We are looking for a long term rental; until we have enough saved to buy our own property (expected to be in 4 years time to maximise my help to buy ISA).
The only issue we have when it comes to rental is that we have a family dog. She is very well behaved however, understandably, not all landlords wish to have a dog in their property. This has caused us an issue with finding a property and although we need the additional bedroom, the dog is part of our family and therefore we cannot re-home her. We sincerly hope that the dog wouldn't cause an issue and we will, of course, sign any additional clauses in the tenancy for the dog and/or additional deposit. You are also more than welcome to meet her, she is a 6 year old rescue which we are told she is a Neapolitan mastiff therefore a lazy breed that likes to lay in the sun and sleep all day. She is not a yappy dog that would cause a nuisance to neighbours nor does she have any chewing tendencies, never jumps up and is very good with adults and children.
We look forward to hearing from you. We are available to move with 1 months notice and looking to move by June at the latest when baby is 6 months and will require its own room.
