Trainee Accounts Assistant (Full Time)
Description
Montpeliers (Edinburgh) Ltd, an established hospitality business based in the West End, are recruiting for a Trainee Accounts Assistant.
The initial job role will consist of the following:
- Data entry
- Answering and redirecting inbound calls
- Dealing with mail in/mail out
- Running errands for the Finance Department
- Payroll & Purchase Ledger (Holiday Cover)
However, the specifics of the role will be varied and changeable as you will assist where required within the finance department.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to gain experience within a Finance environment. The successful candidate will gain an understanding of how a finance department operates with an insight into each area of the department.
There will also be opportunities for college/training funding to further your career in finance.
