The Willerby Granada is a luxury spec holiday home, and this 2002 model is in beautiful condition inside and out. The caravan has been fully adapted for the cold winters and thus includes double glazing, electric wall heaters throughout, extra under floor insulation and a new boiler (Fitted in 2014), making it suitable for use regardless of the weather! The caravan also includes paid site fees (until March 2017!!).
The living area is comfortably spacious, with lots of comfortable seating, a fitted gas fire, display units and ample storage cupboards. Due to the large dimensions of the caravan (35footx12foot), there is enough room to accommodate a large family, with two bedrooms and a double pull out bed in the living area making the caravan a six berth.
Adjacent to the living area is a fitted dining area, with round table, fitted seating and two stools. Opposite this is the fitted kitchen area, which includes a fully fitted oven, grill and gas hob, space for an under counter fridge/freezer and lots more storage cupboards.
Down the hall there are two bedrooms; a twin room with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe, two storage cupboards and shelf for TV/Games console and satellite cable.
This is followed by a large master double bedroom, which utilises the full width of the caravan. This includes wardrobes either side of the double bed, fitted overhead cupboards, a dressing table and en-suite style access to the ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom.
The bathroom has an enclosed shower cubical, sink unit, vanity unit and toilet.
Outside is a small decking area and gate to the main entrance of the caravan. The generously sized garden offers a patio/BBQ area and scope for a gardener. There is a sky dish fitted, a metal shed with electric point to the rear, a BT landline with broadband capability wired in ready, although the site has its own WIFI connectivity if required, and an outdoor water tap. The caravan is sited on a flat area with easy access and parking for the car.
Sited on a desirable pitch on a very peaceful site, at Aberdwylan Holiday Park , SA370LQ. Away from the main roads and noisy traffic, Trees cover the surrounding hills providing the natural seclusion, shelter and privacy that are the hallmarks of this truly tranquil setting. The site also offers washing facilities, children’s games room and play area, and also has a large heated outdoor pool, there's also a small river running through the park with fishing rights. Within close walking distance is the traditional Welsh country family pub; The Nags Head and brewery, where you can enjoy a lovely meal and a warm welcome.
The park is a great place to unwind, relax and leave all your worries at home.
Just a few minutes away is the picturesque village of Cenarth with its beautiful waterfalls and scenery. Close by are also the market towns of Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan. The site is situated perfectly to explore both Ceredigion and nearby Pembrokeshire, where families can find lots of activities and glorious beaches.
