Our help to buy scheme gives you guaranteed lettings for up to 3 years from purchase depending on the grade of static caravan or lodge you choose. You then let us know when we can let out your holiday home when you are not using it, we confirm your total annual rental, and you receive the money straight away as a deposit contribution towards your purchase!
