A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Facilities Department for a Property Assistant to support the existing team continuing to ensure that the facilities in our clubs are maintained with any issues resolved efficiently and with minimal impact on our members.
We are looking for a resilient individual able to operate and support a diverse team ranging from Director level, support staff, field based teams and external contractors.
The Role:
With strong administration skills you will support the Property Director on day to day department and team administration matters.
You will support the Property Department as a whole with various tasks that include vehicle hire arrangements, travel and accommodation booking, annual leave requests, general queries from field based teams and external contractors, processing purchase orders and invoices also supporting the Estates Manager, Head of Health & Safety and Projects Manager on an adhoc basis.
