Lovely Large Double Room in South Ealing

We have a Spacious Double Room to let in a shared house with Huge Garden in South Ealing.

The house is situated only a few minutes from South Ealing tube station (Piccadilly Line) and 15mins walk from Ealing Broadway station (Central Line). There are two night buses with an easy access to city centre also. The area is quiet and green (few parks nearby).

The garden is large and sunny with herbs and plants for you to enjoy (see pictures).
There are 2 bathrooms, 2 showers and 2 fridges in the house.

The room is on the ground floor, comes fully furnished and has got a double bed. You can refurbish as you wish ;-)

We are looking for an easy going housemate who would treat the house like home as we all do, this includes respecting others and keeping the house clean. We are friendly and chilled out people and the house is quiet with occasional bbq or friends around.

The room is available from 1st of July.

Money matters:
The rent is £600- paid monthly and inclusive of all bills
Deposit £500
