Description
Beautiful oriental antique black lacquer chinoiserie mirror - belonged to ancient relative who spent time in Hong Kong. We are not sure of exact age but it's around the turn of the 19th century.
The figures and the decorations are slightly raised in a 3D effect
There are 3 spots where the mirror has started to lose its silvering - see photos
Some of the lacquer has been chipped off on the edges however it just looks like general wear and tear.
It would make a lovely addition to any room.
