10 min walk from Princes street, the Grassmarket and very close to shops and bars.
The flat is also in a very quiet area, next to Arthur’s seat with big parks and nice walks. You would be sharing with my two great flatmates, a student and a professional, and the only requirement is a quiet person to respect the privacy of my flatmates :)
Rent is £200 for the whole period, all inclusive.
It is all really well equipped and has plenty of space.
