2004 (54) Renault Clio 182 - 86k Miles – Titanium Silver

For sale is my 2004 (54) Renault Clio 182

The car is in overall good condition for a 12 year old vehicle and has covered just over 86,000 miles. This car does have a few small car park dings and a dented bonnet on front edge where it has been pushed down in the past (see pictures) and a few scratches around the front bumper corner. The Xenon headlights are in good condition compared to most which are usually very faded and yellowed. Half leather interior is in excellent condition with no rips, tears or bolster damage. Idle is slightly lumpy although from experience they all seem to be like this.

I’ve owned the car for the past year and it’s been well maintained over this time. This is my second car and is rarely used (covered 4,000 miles in the past year). I was intending to turn this into a fast road/track car and have carried out a lot of work in the last year of ownership to improve reliability and performance.

This car does have a few nice extras including auto xenon headlamps with lamp washers, cruise control, half leather interior, steering wheel volume control, rain sensing wipers, genuine Renault fitted mats etc.

It has been a cracking car to own but unfortunately I’m looking for a fairly quick sale as I have just had a mortgage agreed and need to raise money for solicitor’s fee’s etc. in the next 3 months.

MOT expires May 2017. Recently passed with minor advisories on a few suspension bushes and wear to inner tyre edges on front (due to a fairly aggressive suspension set up). I do have 4x part worn Nankang NS2-R tyres which can be included in the sale for the full asking price. 7 previous owners. The car is currently taxed although due to the DVLA rules tax will be void when sold. Lots of previous MOT history, receipts and service information in wallet. Serviced by a family friend mechanic since owned although all receipts for parts etc. are present. Isofix bar and plastic engine cover currently removed although will be included in sale and can be re-fitted for new owner. 2 keys, HPI clear, no colour changes, no outstanding finance, no insurance total loss claim etc.

I am looking for £1,700 ono. The car is also advertised locally.

No test pilots or tyre kickers please. Happy to let you test drive the car if cash in hand and proof of insurance cover/trade plates. The car is still currently insured and taxed so mileage may increase (although this is my second car so may not move)
