Description
This is a spacious sunny room in an all-girl house, so looking for a fourth female who will fit in with a quiet household. Healthy-ish eaters preferred as there are no frying pans.
The room is furnished with single bed that can be used as a sofa, a wooden rail for hangers, chair, drawers cupboards and shelves, clean carpet etc.
The house is pleasantly furnished (vintage rather than Ikea) and there's a small dining room off the kitchen, shower over the bath, small garden, laundry area with tumble dryer.
You'd be sharing with three other professional girls who need their sleep for work, and this is a peaceful house with elderly neighbours.
No smoking (not even in garden), no fry-ups, not suitable for couples, and I'm afraid there isn't room for a bike at the moment.
Rent is £420 pm inclusive, and a weekly cleaner does the floors, etc.
