Quite a bit of wear and tear as we got it second hand comfortable though especially when reclined in the pics it shows a two seater sofa a arm chair and another seat, the other seat is the middle part of the 3 seater (2seater shown in pics) what we had to take out to make it fit better in our living room (it's only small) like I said alot of wear and tear but can be covered with a throw or reupholstered. Pick up Walton tomorrow 14/06/2016 by 4pm
