2002 52 Plate Ford Transit Swb Mid roof van.

No MOT which is reflected in the price.
Everything is mechanically sound with the van, It had some welding done to pass the last Mot and I also had a new windscreen fitted and a replacement drivers side wheel hub assembly, Fuel, Oil and Air filters 12 months ago. I had a new starter motor put on it 5 months ago and now it starts quicker than my new transit and starts first time every time! The heaters work on all settings too!!! I also replaced the gear selector cables so it selects all the gears properly.

Interior:
It has a tear on the drivers seat (see pic) a seat cover will hide it if needs be! The bench seat is in good condition.
It will need a code for the stereo or a new head unit as battery was disconnected for new starter motor. The heater works on all speed settings and hot and cold.
The rear is ply lined and has a wooden bulk head with space above the cab for extra storage. There is also some shelving in the rear on one side.
The van also has LED lighting fitted inside which is very bright so no matter how dark it is the back is like pure daylight! This has been continued with some red lighting in the wing-mirrors and also the cup holders in the cab!

Exterior:
The van has aftermarket alloy wheels fitted
The van has black stone-guard paint along the bottom edge
There are some marks and dings but nothing major and all in all it is a solid van.
Welding was carried out for last Mot which was only a minor patch on rear panel.

Overall for a van of its age it is a good van a bit of TLC and it will keep going for a fair few years yet. It is the chain driven Tddi engine so is very reliable and easy to work on.
This van never let me down but I bought a new van so it is no longer needed.
