Double bedroom available for rent in a lovely area in a first floor shared flat. The flat has two bedrooms, a large and bright living room, a good sized kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. There's a communal garden where we have a small lockable shed (for example, perfect for keeping bicycles). The kitchen and the living room have an open outlook, while the bedrooms face the garden hence they're very quiet.

The kitchen has all the mod cons (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, gas hob, electric oven) and has plenty of storage space.

The bedroom for rent is approximately of 4m x 3m, furnished and could accommodate a couple. There's ample storage space with its two built-in wardrobes.
I occupy the other bedroom. I'm a full time student and part time worker. I often work on the weekends (retail job).
I am looking for preferably a couple but would consider a single person as well. This is not a party flat (however occasionally it's ok) and no pets please. Not suitable for DSS. As I am full time student, I don't have to pay council tax.
This would be a joint tenancy from private landlords with an initial SIX MONTH CONTRACT after that a month by month contract begins.

There's a TESCO garage in 3 minutes walk, Morrisson's about 8 minutes. Bus stops are within 2 minutes (No 4, 69), 3 minutes (No 44, 104, 113) and 6 minutes (No 5, First Buses X6, X8, X24) walking distances.

Rent costs £310 pcm, the council tax is £103. If a couple moves in and one of them is a student, you can apply 25% discount for the council tax (if both of them are students, no council tax to be paid).

The bills roughly are:
Virgin Internet with WIFI and TV: 28 GBP.
TV licence : 13 GBP
Gas & Electricity: 60 GBP per month paid by direct debit. This is a flat rate but it might change.
The bills are divided by the number of tenants so for a professional couple the rent including all bills could be less than 480 GBP.

One months rent is required for a deposit.
The flat is available from now.
