Double room available in St Pauls

We have a room available in our house in St Pauls. Is a big shared house, full of different nationalities: French, Australian, Spanish, New Zealand, Irish, English and Italian. The house is in works at the moment but will be finished in a couple of weeks. We are a sociable bunch of people willing to create a home.

We are willing to find someone sociable, easy going, clean and willing to contribute to the house. We can't have couples - because of number of tenants, sorry.

Is a mid size double room, £350 per month plus £20 per month for bills – for gas and electricity (in winter it might be a bit more).

We want to do viewings this Thursday – 21st of Juy.
