Body Exerciser provides an upper and/or lower body cardiovascular workout to help improve blood flow, circulation, flexibility and strength (as well as burn off a few calories!) from the comfort of your own home and favourite chair!

With both lower and upper pedals, you decide and set the resistance levels, depending on your own strength and fitness level. Both sets of pedals work independently of each other, so you can use just the bottom set, top set or both together for a complete workout that you personally tailor to your own needs.

Designed with the older customer in mind, our exerciser is also recommended for the housebound and those convalescing and will help keep you supple and strong when you dont want to, or cant go out.

Height can be adjusted for complete comfort, it is also suitable for wheelchair users.
