Hiya!
We are a creative, easy-going group of friends with ages ranging 20-22 seeking a flat or house to share with a minimum 9-month tenancy. Each of us is a full-time student at University of the Arts London, although two are based in Elephant and Castle while the other in Chelsea.
We are former tenants of Cedars Student Halls of Residence in Tooting, where we met and lived during Sep 2015-June 2016. Although we have not rented privately before, we can provide great references from previous employers, our university and the landlord of Cedars Student Halls, FD Asset Management.
Additionally, you can rest assured that we know each others home habits and are all very tidy and sensible when it comes to managing the place we live in.
